As ForInvest Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş., in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, we would like to inform you about how your personal data is collected, processed, the legal reasons, and your rights within the scope of the "Personal Data Protection Law" regulating personal data.

Within the scope of the Law, ForInvest Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. acts as the data controller.
Processing of Personal Data
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which came into force on April 7, 2016, in the event that our customers share their personal data with us, our Company, acting as Data Controller, may process personal information within the framework described in the law.
Processing Purposes
- To provide and maintain our products and services
- To record identity, address and other necessary information for transaction owner verification
- To organize all records and documents supporting processing in electronic or paper form
- To comply with information storage and reporting obligations required by local and international legislation and official authorities

- International stock exchanges upon your request
- Authorities such as CMB (SPK)
- Our subsidiaries and service providers we work with to carry out our activities
Your Rights
Within the framework of Article 11 of KVKK, regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if incompletely or incorrectly processed
- Request deletion within the framework of conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK
- Request notification of operations made to third parties to whom it was transferred
- Object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems
- Request compensation of damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing
